How it all started...

When I began my fitness journey, I didn't have much muscle, and I was pretty chubby - I was "skinny-fat."

I was also short on time because I had a career and two daughters to help raise. But I didn't like how I looked or how my clothes fit, so I knew I needed to change.

As I searched online for solutions, I quickly realized there was a ton of conflicting information. I was overwhelmed and confused, to say the least.

I tried dozens of diets and training programs and got mixed results, if any. It was hard to stay consistent because I wasn't sure what I was doing and why.

It wasn't until I came across an "evidence-based" approach to fitness that I understood how and why things worked and finally started seeing real results.

I then spent years creating and fine-tuning a practical, time-effective, results-driven system to help others.

Today, the name of that system is Lean Body Gains. We've now helped countless people sustainably achieve their dream body worldwide, so they can look, feel and perform their best.
